Booking policy

On-time discounts

Your applicable discount is available only when you arrive on time. Late arrivals receive no discount.

After an approved reschedule, every applicable discount is halved: 10% becomes 5%, and 5% becomes 2.5%.

Rescheduling

• One free reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Your new appointment must take place within 13 days of your rescheduling request, subject to availability. Your existing deposit carries over.
• A second reschedule is not permitted. It is treated as a cancellation with no deposit refund; a new booking is required.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted. A new booking is required and the original deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations & missed visits

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund of 50% of your deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments receive no deposit refund.
• If you miss your appointment and still wish to receive the service, your deposit is forfeited and the full service fee is payable.
